Terms & Conditions

Lightwave reserves the right to adjust commission or sale values of transactions to bring them in line with the terms and conditions. Orders placed with finance as a payment method or having received additional discounting will not be approved.

Affiliate requirements:

The following affiliate sites and behaviours are not permitted:

  • Under construction
  • Contain adult content or are pornographic or sexually explicit
  • Promote violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment or other illegal activities
  • Use spyware or phishing techniques or are motivated by fraudulent or dishonest practices
  • Infringe trademarks or violate intellectual property rights of Lightwave
  • Adopt black hat web practices
  • Work against the interest of Lightwave
  • A competitor or rival company
  • Participate in fraudulent activity
  • Social network domains or display names that contain ‘Lightwave or any variation

Lightwave may terminate your participation in the programme immediately and without notice if you breach any of these terms.

PPC:

Brand bidding is not allowed on the Lightwave affiliate program, we operate a closed PPC policy. Affiliates found to be bidding on any brand related term or similar miss-spellings will have their commissions declined and may be removed from the program.

Voucher Codes:

Affiliates operating a voucher code directory will not be approved onto the Lightwave affiliate programme and any affiliate generating commissions via a voucher code directory will have them declined.

You may only promote codes that are provided through the Lightwave Affiliate Programme.

Creative: 

Lightwave will be happy to supply creative, images and copy as required.

If an affiliate wishes to design his or her own creative then please ensure you follow the Lightwave brand Guidelines and this must be approved by Lightwave.
