Terms & Conditions: ‘England Score, You Save’ Promotion

Article 1 – Eligibility

  1. All customers* will be eligible to participate in this promotion.
  2. All new and existing Lightwave PLUS members are eligible to participate in this promotion.
  3. All new and existing Lightwave PRO installers are eligible to participate in this promotion.

*Email address provided during purchase is used as unique identifier of customer.

Article 2 – Offer

  1. The voucher has a base value of £5.00
  2. Every goal scored by the England women’s international football team during the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup will be worth £2.50 in credit towards Lightwave products.
    e.g. England score 2 goals in one game = £2.50 x 2 + £5.00 = £10.00 towards Lightwave products.
    e.g. England score 15 goals throughout the tournament = £2.50 x 15 + £5.00 = £42.50 towards Lightwave products.
  3. Penalty shootout goals will be awarded appropriate value at Lightwave’s discretion.
  4. After the end of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup Final on 20th August 2023, Lightwave will send a voucher code via email to all eligible customers who have opted to receive marketing communications from the company (see Eligibility criteria above).

Article 3 – Redemption 

  1. Each unique voucher code generated for this promotion is one-time use per-customer.
  2. The voucher can be redeemed against any purchase of Lightwave devices made from the Lightwave online store or redeemed while completing a purchase over the phone.
  3. The voucher cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  4. Voucher is not redeemable against third-party products sold on the Lightwave store.
  5. Voucher is not redeemable against carriage charges.
  6. Voucher codes produced as a result of this promotion will be valid until the end of August, 2023.

Article 4 – Privacy

  1. This promotion will adhere to Lightwave’s standard privacy policy.

Article 6 – Final Provisions

  1. Lightwave is entitled to amend these terms and conditions, without stating reasons, or to cancel the promotion, if, in the light of statutory or regulatory provisions or interpretations thereof by government bodies, the promotion cannot be continued or cannot be continued unchanged, if the further implementation of the promotion is actually or otherwise impossible or impossible under the same conditions or if the circumstances concerning the promotion have changed to such an extent that its continued progress involves unreasonable or disproportionate extra costs or difficulties for LightwaveRF Technology Ltd. The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions can be consulted on the website throughout the promotional period.
