We obtain this information directly from you, for example when you become a registered user, and from your use of our products and services.

Energy monitoring functionality is built into compatible Lightwave products and the Lightwave application.

We do not routinely transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area.
However, transfers may be made to third-party service providers, such as software service providers and delivery or logistics providers, which are located outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area.

Where you choose to enable location-based functionality, location information may be used to provide features such as controlling devices when you leave or return home.
